Representative Office \u2014 Document Package<\/h2>\n

Under Cabinet Resolution No. 76 (07.02.2024), the following documents are required for accreditation of a representative office of a foreign commercial organisation with the MIIT. All documents must be apostilled (or consularly legalised) and accompanied by notarised translations into Uzbek or Russian. Documents must not be older than 6 months from the date of issuance.<\/p>\n

CIS country exception:<\/strong> For companies registered in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Armenia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or Turkmenistan \u2014 consular legalisation at the Uzbek consulate in the home country is not required. Apostille or standard notarisation suffices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Annual Renewal & Foreign Staff Accreditation<\/h2>\n

Representative office accreditation must be renewed annually (or every 3 years for long-term offices). Renewal application must be submitted at least 1 month before expiry. Each foreign employee of the representative office must be individually accredited \u2014 accreditation cards are issued for up to 12 months and must be renewed in parallel with the office accreditation.
