A residential address may be used as the company’s postal address during initial registration or re-registration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Participant Share Transfer<\/p>\n Sale and purchase agreement. Pre-emption rights procedure \u2014 existing participants have statutory right to acquire the share at the proposed price before transfer to a third party. Written offer to all co-participants.
