His experience includes due diligence and evaluation of legal risks in M&A transactions, franchising, and leasing of commercial real estate, corporate and labor law. He also has experience in advising major domestic and foreign investors during the preparation and implementation of various significant projects.
He worked as a senior lawyer during due diligence of parent companies and subsidiaries of national companies. He headed legal departments at companies leaders in construction and retail sector.
His recent experience includes counseling and legal advice on investment by largest foreign corporation in Kazakhstan and subsequent legal support of implementation the project with engagement of more than 140 international partners.
