Alexandr Satidi

Alexandr Satidi is a Partner at Bond Stone, heading the firm's M&A, Commercial Law, and Antitrust practice. With over 20 years in the Kazakhstani legal market, he advises domestic and international investors on cross-border M&A, commercial contract structuring, real estate and franchising, antitrust filings, and due diligence for major investment projects in Kazakhstan.
Before joining Bond Stone, Alexandr headed legal departments at Kazakhstan companies in the construction and retail sectors, which informs the commercial focus of his advice. He led due diligence on the parent companies and subsidiaries of national companies and has advised on one of the largest single foreign corporate investments in Kazakhstan, managing a legal workstream involving more than 140 international partners simultaneously.
Alexandr holds an LL.M. from the University of Dundee. He works in Russian and English.
