His expertise extends to navigating complex taxation regulations for local and foreign corporations, permanent establishments, and structuring tax optimization solutions. He also offers in-depth advice on licensing for design, construction, and operational activities, including expertise in EPC and FIDIC contracts.
Recognized as a leading lawyer in projects and construction, Assadullah excels in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including EPC, procurement, construction, and services contracts in compliance with Asian Development Bank and World Bank standards. He is also a trusted advisor to companies in the oil and gas sector, offering insights on exploration service agreements, Clean Development Mechanism (Kyoto Protocol) agreements, investment agreements, EPC contracts, and production-sharing agreements.
